Commercial Financing
Financing for multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hotels, self-storage, and other commercial properties.
A commercial real estate loan is a mortgage on a business property — apartments, a warehouse, a storefront, an office, a hotel, or self-storage — used to buy it, refinance it, or pull equity out.
The property’s income and the borrower’s experience drive the deal as much as the purchase price. Lenders look at rent rolls or operating statements, occupancy, sponsorship, and how much cash you are putting in. We work across the main property types: multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hotels, self-storage, and selected special-purpose assets. Requests can be an acquisition, a refinance of a maturing loan, or a recapitalization. Owner-users (you occupy the building) and investors (tenants pay the rent) are both in scope, and the structure is not the same for each.
Who this is for
What it typically covers
A simple example
You are buying a small industrial building for your operating company. A CRE loan, or an SBA 504 if you qualify, can finance the real estate so operating cash stays in the business.
Good to know
Coverage, eligibility, and terms vary by location and underwriting.
