The firm

A licensed practice with one person accountable for the file.

Wellesley Collective is the independent firm of Rasheed Wellesley. Insurance, annuities, and commercial financing sit in one relationship — not three handoffs.

The owner

Rasheed Wellesley

You work with Rasheed. He is a Florida-resident licensed insurance agent and the owner of Wellesley Collective LLC. The practice is built for households and operators who want a direct conversation about coverage and capital — not a call center and a new person at every step.

He has held a Florida agent license since 2021, with authority for general lines (property and casualty) and life including variable annuities. He is also licensed as a non-resident in additional states. Products, appointments, and what can be placed still depend on the state and the file.

How the firm is built

Protection, income, and capital in one practice.

Households and businesses rarely experience risk and money as separate problems. A growing company needs liability coverage and a line of credit. A family needs the house insured and a life policy that actually fits. Wellesley Collective was formed to sit at that intersection.

What you can expect

Professional standards, plainly kept.

01

Clarity over volume

We would rather decline a poor fit than force a product. Every inquiry is reviewed for purpose, timing, and whether we can actually help.

02

Coordinated advice

Insurance and financing decisions inform one another. When both are in play, we keep the conversation connected rather than fragmented.

03

Discreet handling

Personal, business, and property information is treated as confidential and used only to serve your request.

The process

Simple, considered, and direct.

Share the need

Tell us about the household, business, property, or capital request. A short conversation is usually enough to determine fit.

Build the solution

We review the risk, the asset, or the financing need and prepare a quote or a clear path to funding.

Stay with the same person

You receive a defined path — a quote, underwriting, or financing next steps — with Rasheed throughout.
