Commercial Financing
Revolving credit facilities for ongoing business needs.
A line of credit is a reusable pool of money. You draw what you need, pay it back, and draw again — like a business credit card, but usually cheaper and built for larger, repeating needs.
Unlike a term loan, you do not take the full amount on day one and start a fixed payoff. Interest is typically charged on what you have outstanding. That makes a line the right tool for inventory buys, waiting on receivables, or covering a slow month without opening a new loan every time. It may be secured by receivables, a blanket filing, or other collateral, depending on the profile. We size it to a realistic peak need, not to the largest number someone will quote.
Who this is for
What it typically covers
A simple example
You draw $40,000 to take a supplier discount, collect from customers three weeks later, pay the line down, and it is ready for the next cycle. A term loan cannot do that without a new closing.
Good to know
Coverage, eligibility, and terms vary by location and underwriting.
